The Adrian Wilson Paintbox Archive

Paintbox artist Adrian Wilson has been collecting Quantel ephemera, art and original tech since 1985.

Highlights of his New York based working Quantel hardware collection includes:
Seven V-Series Paintboxes, three Harriets a Paintbox F.A.T. (similar to a Hal) and an Editbox;
The world's largest archive of Paintbox art and video, including the original film outputs from Painting With Light;
Over sixty original product brochures from 1983-2000 and nearly forty issues of Quantel's Clips magazine have been digitized for all to enjoy;
Plus company documents, product slides, marketing material, videos, CD's, software, magazines and exhibition photos dating back to the 1970's donated by key former Quantel employees, customers and artists;
New interviews with key Quantel personnel and hours of archive video footage.
